Fairhill management and security staff will be delighted to welcome you back and will be available to assist you during your visit. The following is a brief summary of some of the facilities available at the Centre.
All washroom facilities will be available including male and female toilets, disabled toilet and baby changing rooms.
There are sanitising stations at the entrance.
Limited facilities available beside the Food Court.
Baby Changing Unit
The facility will operate as normal with extra sanitising in place. If the facility is abused we will need to reconsider and possibly temporarily withdraw the facility.
All lifts will be operational but reserved for the elderly and those with mobility difficulties. Please observe all government guidelines regarding social distancing when using the lifts i.e. they operate on a one person only or a family unit.
Gift vouchers can still be purchased; however, we would ask that you contact centre management 24 hours in advance on tel. 028 2565 1199 or send your email to email@example.com, who will deal with your request.
The multi-storey car park will be open. We ask that you exercise social distancing in the car parks, stairwells and lifts as per government guidelines. Car parks will operate as per their normal hours. FREE parking is now available Thursday and Friday from 6pm – 9pm and ALL day Sunday.
If a customer requires a wheelchair, we would ask that they bring their own wheelchair, however our staff will be able to assist any visitors who notify us 24 hours in advance that they need to avail of a centre’s wheelchair for the duration of their visit.
Flat Car Batteries/Flat Tyres
Fairhill security guards are available to assist with flat car batteries and flat tyres.
Electric car charging is available. Car parking charges apply.
Photo booths will be available from w/c 18th January 2021.
All ATMs are working and have been serviced.

The Centre has a lost property office located in Centre Management. If you have lost an item during your time at Fairhill, contact a member of security who will be more than happy to help you. Similarly, if you find an item within Fairhill, please give it to a member of security who will log it as lost property. Call 028 2565 1199 Ext: 5 for more information on lost property.
Fairhill is patrolled by security guards on a daily basis. The centre and car parks are fully covered by CCTV to ensure you, and your belongings are kept safe at all times.
Our security team will be on hand to ensure that all safety measures are being carried out daily throughout the centre. Please familiarise yourself with our procedures in place before visiting, they can be found here.
There are trained first aiders both within Fairhill’s management and throughout our stores. If you need assistance during your visit to Fairhill, contact a member of security who will bring you to a trained first aider.
In the event of a fire, normal fire evacuation processes will be in place.
Pick Up Point
For those picking up family and friends and not wishing to park, a Pick Up Point is available outside the Debenhams door.
Coach tours should contact the centre 24 hours in advance to inform of their arrival time at the centre.
The seats have been removed in line with social distancing measures to discourage the congregation of groups. The seats will be reinstated when we receive further guidance from government that the situation has improved.
Individual retailers do have changing rooms available, please check with each store.
Soft Play Area
Our soft play area is now open – please follow the guidelines when using.
We would advise all visitors to the centre to wear face coverings at all times. The centre staff will be wearing protective gloves when possible as well as face coverings
